Our puppy, Shirley U Geste continues to amaze us! Shirley added a major and two additional points at the Western Washington All Terrier weekend in Redmond, Wa. Shirley was handled by Alana Mauzy, who did a great job with her, as always. Shirley is from the first litter of Ch Benayr Beau Geste. Thanks, Beau!

Ch Benayr Blue Danube has recently started his career as a special and is undefeated in breed competition and added a Group 4th. He just turned one year old and is looking remarkable for his age. I am looking forward to continuing his show career this summer.

Ch Bella has new babies!

Another of our Ch Benayr Here Comes Trouble daughters finished her championship this year. Bella is now Ch Benayr Saved By The Bella! She finished in May with 5 majors. She has new babies born on July 4!
This will be fun source of names for these babies. Proud Papa is Ch Benayr Beau Geste. This is a great pedigree with a nice blend of our best dogs. There should be a show prospect or two and several companion babies from this litter. All are blue tan and looking good.

Congratulations to Benayr Astro Lubemoj for winning Reserve Best in
Show at the Copa Club Canino Columbiano in January of 2011.
Astro went to Columbia as a puppy when he was purchased as a show prospect by Luis Alejandro Becerra
Mojica. He has had a stylish show career right from the start, and was just over a year old at the time of this great win.

We really enjoy having our dogs out internationally! Thanks for the great pictures!

A new Grand Champion!!

Ch Benayr Rightly So completed the requirements for her Grand Championship at the Rose City Classic shows in Portland, Oregon during January 2011. Sophie had a fun career with numerous Best of Breeds, Select Bitch at the Australian Terrier National Specialty and an owner handled Group 4th. She is looking forward to spring and hopefully motherhood and the couch!

New Champion Benayr Fine and Dandy

Dandy finished her championship in a record time for us. She started on Wednesday at the All Terrier Show of Oregon with zero points and won four times in consecutive days to finish on Saturday. She is sired by Ch Benayr Wild Again and is out of Ch Benayr Just Ducky. Dandy is at home resting on her laurels and will be a new mom in March. Dad is Ch Benayr Here Comes Trouble, who is proving to be a sensational sire.

Beach Adventure!

A late March trip to the Oregon coast with good friend Tracy Nelson proved quite an adventure!

What were we expecting?? A little sun perhaps, but not so. Intermittent rain all week just meant more time to shop. Yeah, Cannon Beach! Great shops!

The dogs enjoyed the beach, the ocean and the intermittent rain as you can see.

News from Maria in North Carolina, who got Augie in December.

He is very well behaved in the house, with potty training going very well. He loves to curl up in his little bed next to me in the kitchen or by the computer, but still sleeps a good eight hours a night in his crate. We also go everywhere together, and he waits for me in the car in his crate for short periods while I run errands. He is such a good little companion! Thank you so much for sending us such a wonderful little guy - he has really brightened our lives, and a lot of other

people's too.
